Candy Buffet

The bridal couple's colours for the wedding were green, pink and silver. For the candy buffet we stuck with a main undercoat of silver with a touch of pink and green to create that elegant, fancy look.  For the sake of the photos we only packed out a few truffles and cupcakes as it can't stand outside for too long. It was very tempting not to take a bite!

Pink Princess Inspired 6th Birthday Party

When mother Vicky saw the Model Inspired party(http://www.organizitpartystyling.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2012-08-21T10:08:00-07:00&max-results=7&start=7&by-date=false) I did recently, she demanded an exact replica of the party for her daughter's sixth birthday party.  I convinced her to change the colour slightly and add a few things to make it unique to her daughter's style.  I think it came out pretty well! Too bad I don't have a photo of the gazebo we draped!!:-( Anyway, I love the detail we created with this party. How adorable are the two little girls!! All dressed up for the occasion!!

Pastel Princess Party - Part 2

I had to spoil the guests a bit as well:-)  I made sure each one took home a bag full of delicious sweets as there was too much to eat all at once!  I love the way the "flower" marshmallows came out!  Mommy also had fun at blowing bubbles with the kiddies!!

Pastel Princess Party - Part 1

I am so excited to share my own little sweet princess' birthday party with you! I really wanted her 4th birthday party to reflect her individuality and decided on soft pastel colours which included blue, yellow, green and her favourite colour - pink! I made sure there were lots of "girly" things to do to keep the princesses entertained! There were edible lipsticks, make-up, tutu's for each girl, princess crowns, nail enamel and jewellery.  The boys each received their own sword and crown and I had a table for crafts especially set aside for them..well..the girls joined in later and everyone had their faces painted. The dessert table was filled with all things royal and really brought out the theme of the party. Don't you just love the windmills on the party boxes?  I thought this was so easy to make and really adds that something special! The kids each received their own bag which had their name on to take all their party things home. This was a great party!
